Your reflections are yours.

Before & After requires a Google sign-in to use the AI tools. We do this to protect the system from spam and abuse, and to let you save your own reflections privately.

When you generate a transformation or ask a question, your input is sent to an AI service to produce the response. We log minimal usage metadata (a hash of your prompt, length, tool used, success/blocked reason, approximate token counts) for rate-limiting and abuse prevention — never the raw prompt text.

When you press Save, your reflection is stored in your private account and only you (and the site administrator, for support) can read it. You can delete saved items from your dashboard at any time.

Your 52-Week Path progress (current week, completed weeks, favorites, your private notes and intentions) is stored against your account so it follows you across devices. You can clear it from your dashboard.

Please don't enter highly sensitive personal data — full names, addresses, medical or financial details — that you wouldn't want passed through a language model.
